Shipping and Handling USA: Orders are shipped via Priority Mail (2-3 days delivery). 1-2 scarves, shipping is $8.00 per order. Orders of 3 or more scarves receive FREE shipping. Recognizing that some customers require merchandise overnight, we offer Express Mail Shipping and Handling (to most locations) at $25.00. In order to receive guaranteed next day delivery your order must be received by 2PM EST. Please choose the "Express Mail" option on your order. • There is no tracking information provided for USPS First Class Mail International. If you require tracking information you must use USPS Priority International at an additional cost of $25.00. Please note that the delivery time is 6-10 business days however this delivery offers tracking information. Please contact susan@4women.com for this additional service.

**Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Return Policy: Scarves are returnable for exchange only. All sale scarves are final sale. Scarves must be returned within two weeks from the time of receipt and should include a note indicating the item requested for exchange. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the scarves; however, there is no additional charge for shipping the exchange back to the customer. No refunds are given. Should you select a more expensive item for the exchange, please include a check for the difference.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS: All prices on our site are listed in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.
